PEAK PERFORMANCE Combat Cardio Program

Combat Cardio is a comprehensive fitness regime that incorporates various types of training to give you the highest level of workout in a limited amount of time. This is a program that does more than increase your
fitness level. It holds you accountable in and out of the class. Each meeting will begin with a brief review of your progress and will be followed by an intense workout designed to push you to your health and
fitness goals.

Begin the program by completing a physical readiness questionnaire, a fitness goal plan and a food log. During each eight week phase, you will participate in weight checks, food log updates and intense Combat Cardio workouts. Finally, at the end of the eight weeks, assess your
progress, evaluate your effort and adjust your plan for attaining and
maintaining your fitness goals.

The Instructor at PEAK PERFORMANCE Combat Cardio

 

         Our Combat Cardio Instructor is Jennifer Whitfield. Jennifer is a native Texan, who grew up in the Dallas area, where she lived and worked until she married her husband of 11 years, Jason. After they married, the two moved to California and resided in Folsom for almost 5 ˝ years. After the birth of her triplets, the Whitfields returned to Texas to be closer to family. Her husband is from Michigan and wanted to live in an area with “trees and hills.” Austin was the obvious choice. They have lived here for almost 6 years. In that time, they added a fourth child to the already busy household. Presley completed her beautiful family in the fall of 2007. Together with the triplets, Caden, Madilynne and Natalie – who are now 6 – make Jennifer’s life a continuous adventure. 

 

 Jennifer Graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health. She began her career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where she became Manager of the on=site Corporate Fitness Facility. She left EDS to work as an in-home personal trainer and after moving to California continued training at 24 Hour Fitness. She returned to corporate fitness to operate the on-site fitness Facility for Verizon Wireless.  She has been teaching yoga for 7 years and is trained through YogaFit yoga instruction. She is currently pursuing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance RYT.
