President and Chief Instructor

     Master Schill along with his beautiful wife Paula own and operate Peak Performance Martial Arts, one of the most successful Martial Arts Schools in the country. With more than 39 years of Martial Arts experience, Master Schill has developed an extensive development system based around the traditional values of the martial arts.

Paula Schill
President and
Chief Operations Officer

   Paula graduated from Concordia Lutheran University with a BA in Behavioral Science Following college Paula worked as the Assistant Director of Brazos County Rape Crisis Center.  There she assisted sexual assault survivors at the hospital and provided counseling to both adolescent and adult survivors. She partnered up with the District Attorney to develop a program educating elementary students on child molestation, prevention and counseling.

Bu Sa Bom Nim Jeromy Raygo
Head Instructor
Internationally
Certified Instructor

Mr. Raygo has trained with Master Schill for more than 13 years. He started at the young age of 7 and has worked through the ranks. Throughout his training Mr. Raygo has competed in a variety of tournaments and has received many 1st place medals.  He also competed in wrestling during his school years.  In 2013 Mr. Raygo tested and earned his International Instructor Certification. In 2014 Mr. Raygo earned his 3rd Degree Black Belt.

Mr. Raygo is an accomplished Martial Artist with a specialty in weapons. At his current training path Mr. Raygo will test for Master Instructor in 2018.

Master Schill is very proud of the young man that Jeromy has become and is living proof of the growth and development path he has built into the curriculum.

I have lived in the Austin for most of my life with my parents and 3 brothers and sisters. After getting through High School, I attended St. Edwards University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in History in 2000. After many years of going from job to job, I decided to get my teacher certification.

Kyo Sa Nim Ken McCracken,
Internationally Certified Instructor

Ken McCracken Graduated from Colorado State University Pueblo with a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications.  Mr. McCracken went on to a successful career in Television as a photo-journalist for 12 years.  He worked for KEYE News here in Austin as the Chief Photojournalist when he met his wife Julie McCracken.

Mrs. Kelly Jones,

Ms. Jones grew up in Nederland, TX (deep southeast TX).  She spent her summers on her grandparent’s farm and going to church camp (25 yrs. as a camper, counselor and nurse).  Ms. Jones has been happily married since 1996 to her husband Glenn.  The Jones’ have one daughter Mackenzie who is 12 yrs. old and wants to be a Veterinarian.

Professor Bruno has been an at
hlete since the age of 7, getting my first graduation in 1983 from the hands of Grand Master Francisco Mansor, the Professor time. Since then, new graduate and awards each year. In 2010, I received a black belt and migrated to Soul Fighters BJJ Academy, under the command of Bruno Mendes Tank and technical supervision of the Master Alvaro Mansor.

1 - State Champion Children and Youth: 1993-1995-1996
2- 4x Champion of Mineirinho Circuit FJJD-Rio Jiu-Jitsu (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010)

3- Vice Pan American Champion Class - CBJJD 2008

Coach Tabarie Henry
Speed Coach

Tabarie Henry is a four-time NCAA champion at Texas A&M and a semi-finalist in the 400 at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2012 Olympic Games in London. A native of the U.S. Virgin Islands his personal best times of 20.71 seconds in the 200 meters and 44.77 in the 400 meters set the U.S. Virgin Islands national records. Henry’s international career has included a fourth-place finish in the 400 at the 2009 World Outdoor Championships in Berlin, fourth place finish in the 2010 world indoor championships held in Istanbul Turkey, seventh place finalist in 2011 in Daegu , South Korea , sixteenth place finish in 2014 world indoor championship in Sopot Poland , in addition to the two Olympics appearances. Henry competed collegiately at Texas A&M, where he was a significant contributor to the Aggies taking the team titles at the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Outdoor Championships, and Barton County Community College in Kansas where he earned national titles in the junior college rankings. Also was a member of the Texas A&M volunteer coach staff as well one year volunteering with the University of Alabama track team .

Coach Vinny Barber
Wrestling Coach

Coach Barber moved to Austin, TX in April of 2014 to work for FlowWrestling. His prep career was at Highland High School in NY, coached by John McFarland to an 86-24 record. Coach was also a NYS qualifyer. After his prep career, coach attended college of SUNY Oneonta and Centenary College in NJ. While in college he competed four years while wrestling HWT. Coach Barber has been involved in coaching since his Freshman year of College. He has coached multiple state champions, multiple state placers, Fargo Champion, Fargo Finalist, Mulitple Farge All Americans, Super 32 Place Winners NHSCA All Americans as well as Multiple Wrestlers competing at the college ranks. Coach is a Team Texas National Team Coach and USA Wrestling Bronze Certified Coach

Assistant Instructor

Mr. Mehta is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Certified Instructor. He has been training for nearly 12 years at Peak Performance. He is a full time instructor at Peak as well as a college student.

Coach Anthony Brown ACE, AFPA
Director of Football Instruction

     Coach Anthony Brown earn All American Honors in Track & Field at the University of Texas at Austin. With more than 30 years experience, Coach Brown has consistently coached more than 20 athletes annually to full ride scholarships in football, track & field, volleyball, gymnastics and much more. His expertise and knowledge will assist your athlete in achieving their current and future training goals
