
Rob Stolle
Rob is the Program Sales Director at Peak Performance, where he leads with a relationship-first mindset and a focus on helping teams grow and succeed. With a career rooted in sales and talent acquisition, Rob has worked with standout companies like YETI, Tile, and Mindtree, bringing energy, strategy, and a people-centered approach to everything he does.
He earned his degree from Texas State University - San Marcos and also studied abroad at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, King's College Cambridge and Pembroke College Cambridge - experiences that helped shape his global outlook and communication style.
Rob is certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, driver education (Auto/Truck), and both open water and advanced scuba diving. He also volunteers as an AquaCorps Environmental Diver, where he helps preserve Spring Lake (Aquarena Springs) by doing underwater gardening to support native and endangered species.
Whether he's leading a sales initiative, mentoring a colleague, or diving into conservation work, Rob brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and hands-on approach to everything he takes on.
